Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Automotive Assembler / Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team in Weatherford, Texas. This position is responsible for safely assembling truck equipment and components by following detailed verbal and written instructions from supervisors and trainers. Assemblies vary in size and complexity and require the use of mechanical and manual tools. This is a full‑time, first‑shift role offering a consistent weekday schedule.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies according to work instructions
  • Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto trucks using power tools and wrenching techniques
  • Drill holes for wires, hoses, and small parts as required
  • Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurement specifications
  • Install various truck accessories including latches, lights, reflectors, and related components
  • Lift, move, and stack completed subassemblies and parts weighing up to 65 lbs.
  • Train and work in multiple assembly areas to meet production demands
  • Follow verbal and written work instructions with strong attention to detail
  • Adhere to quality standards and inspect work for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by complying with safety procedures and regulations
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or general labor environment
  • Basic hand tools and rolling toolbox/cart preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in an assembly, mechanical, or automotive-related occupation (Required)
