Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team.

In this customer-focused sales role, you'll help guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle by building relationships, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Whether you've worked in automotive sales, car sales, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, furniture sales, real estate, or another commission-based sales environment, we provide the training and support to help you build a successful career.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
  • Build relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned vehicle
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits
  • Negotiate and complete vehicle sales professionally
  • Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat business
  • Utilize dealership CRM tools to manage customer communications and sales opportunities
  • Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and automotive technology

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
  • Candidates with experience in commissioned sales, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, furniture sales, banking, or outside sales are encouraged to apply

  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
