Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a TS/SCI cleared Sr. Integration and Test Engineer to support a mission critical digital modernization effort in San Diego, California. The Integration and Test Engineer will be a part of a program that focuses on the development and modernization of imagery based intelligence software that directly supports the warfighter. Location: Rancho Bernardo - San Diego, CA Posture: 75% System Testing - 25% Integration Schedule: Flexible mornings with 9/80 Responsibilities: - Work in conjunction with developers to perform assigned test tasks for the program
- Develop test plans, test procedures, and test cases, execution of all tests, and reporting of all test results for the required test activities
- Work with developers to integrate newer more up-to-date technology with the system to streamline the effectiveness of the product and enhance capabilities for operational use
- Work with the imagery system testing through various layers of security to meet functional acceptance criteria
- Work with DOORS for requirements organization
- Promote further automation testing efforts with Perl or related languages Requirements:
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field
- Must have 10 years of experience in systems engineering and testing
- Must have experience working with Linux/RHEL based systems
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with higher level managers, functional managers, customer, industry partners and teammates
- Experience with developing systems engineering process for planning development, integration, and testing
- Able to read and follow procedures and flow diagrams
- Write detailed test procedures
- Capable of learning new systems quickly
