As a Bank Platform Transformation - Testing Strategy & Planning Lead - Manager, you will drive the development and execution of testing strategies within our Core Banking Technology sector, confirming that software solutions meet client expectations and perform as intended. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will be part of our Software and Product Innovation group, focusing on testing and quality assurance. You will execute various test cases and scenarios to validate that systems meet specified requirements. Within our Operations practice, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative software products and solutions, driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of testing strategies for banking platform transformations
- Managing and coordinating test case generation and execution to validate system functionality
- Utilizing automation testing tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address defects and performance issues
- Implementing quality assurance best practices to enhance software reliability and system architecture
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve testing methodologies
- Analyzing test results to identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations
- Overseeing documentation testing to confirm compliance with specified requirements
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive continuous improvement in testing processes

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
