An Automation Test Lead Analyst is a professional responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of automated software tests within a project or organization. They lead a team of testers, design automation frameworks, select appropriate testing tools, and ensure that software applications meet quality standards through rigorous automated testing. Additionally, they coordinate with developers, report on testing progress, and help troubleshoot issues to improve product reliability and efficiency.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an automation test lead analyst?

To thrive as an Automation Test Lead Analyst, you need expertise in software testing methodologies, programming/scripting languages (such as Java, Python, or JavaScript), and a relevant degree in computer science or a related field.
