The Automation & Technology Manager is responsible for owning the architecture, automation framework, data governance strategy, and financial systems infrastructure supporting Global Rental Operations. This role designs, builds, and maintains complex automation solutions across Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient system performance. The position serves as the technical product owner for rental and reservation data domains, payment automation workflows, and enterprise system integrations, with strong emphasis on PCI/SOX compliance, fraud prevention, and operational reliability. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.

How You'll Shine:

  • Owns and maintains enterprise Python automation environment including API integrations, file parsing, and desktop automation processes.

  • Designs scalable automation frameworks leveraging Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms (Snowflake).

  • Manages source code standards, version control, documentation, and deployment best practices.

  • Leads modernization of legacy processes into resilient cloud-based data pipelines.

  • Defines technical architecture standards across automation portfolio.

  • Serves as Data Domain Owner for rental, reservation, and payment datasets.

  • Manages data warehouse strategy and SQL data flows between PMS, CRS, and reporting platforms.

  • Ensures data integrity, schema governance, and alignment with enterprise reporting KPIs.

  • Implements monitoring frameworks for data validation, error handling, and reconciliation.
