Title                 : BPMS Lead/Analyst

Location           : Lewiston, Maine

Mode of Hire    : Contract / CTH

Duration           : Long Term 

Required Skill set:

         10 years of IT experience with business and system analysis

         Experience with one or more BPMS platforms among - IBM BPM / Appian / Pega / Savvion / Cordys

         At least 3 years' experience in conceptualizing and designing Workflow/BPMS solutions

         Experience with BPM methodologies and entire BPM project life cycle

         Has led Design & Architecture of real-world BPM projects

         Good understanding of BPM concepts

         Proven process mapping and process design skills

         Interact with Business to understand business requirement, develop prototypes to showcase conceptual solution

         Experience in preparing business & functional requirement specifications

         Good communication skills, with ability to interact with clients and present solutions

         Lead meetings / workshops with the client, driving the analysis, BPM architecture , design and implementation roadmap for BPM projects

         Bachelor's degree or equivalent
