Responsibilities
The Product Specialist at Hamilton Robotics plays a key role in supporting the company's mission to deliver innovative, high-quality laboratory automation solutions. This position involves developing technical expertise in assigned Hamilton lab automation products, contributing to daily sales support, product development initiatives, training and marketing support, while assisting in achieving portfolio revenue growth.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
Qualifications
  • Develop expertise in assigned Hamilton lab automation products, serving as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external partners.

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify market opportunities, develop and launch new products, and manage existing product lines.

  • Support product development efforts in partnership with Product Management and Engineering teams.

  • Support sales with technical and pricing product pricing knowledge.

  • Conduct sales and service training sessions for internal staff and channel partners.

  • Deliver product demonstrations for customers and key stakeholders.

  • Assist in creating and executing business plans and product strategies to drive growth.

  • Partner with the Marketing Communications team to develop effective, customer-focused product materials.

  • Provide daily technical and product support to internal and external stakeholders.

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Science.

  • Experience in sales, customer service, product management, or product development preferred.

  • Background in the laboratory equipment or life sciences industry is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
