What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable plant operations across a complex, 24/7 manufacturing environment
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign daily, weekly, and monthly work activities while providing clear direction, coaching, and support to electricians and supervisors
  • Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of electrical power, control, automation, and instrumentation systems to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to plan repairs, support capital projects, and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork

What Are We Looking For

  • 7-10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility; candidates with an engineering degree and less experience may also be considered
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including high-voltage distribution, MCCs, motor maintenance, VFDs, transformers, and grounding systems
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical, automation, and control systems, including PLCs and 24V/120V control circuits
  • Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate work across multiple departments and develop teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems; SAP, SCADA, robotics, or industrial automation experience is a plus

Work Environment
This role operates in a heavy industrial setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment. Work may include time both in the field and in an office environment, with occasional extended hours as needed to support operations.
