Position Summary:

The Global Marketing Lead is a collaborative, hands-on marketing professional responsible for helping plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen the FyterTech brand, support sales growth, and create consistent customer experience across regions, channels, and product categories. Reporting to the SVP of Global Sales, this role works closely with the sales organization, internal teams, and outside agency partners to translate business priorities into practical marketing plans, campaigns, content, and sales tools.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Planning & Coordination
    • Support the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with FyterTechโ€™s commercial priorities, customer needs, and sales growth objectives.
    • Coordinate campaign calendars, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep marketing initiatives organized and moving forward.
  2. Brand, Positioning & Customer Experience
    • Maintain and strengthen the FyterTech brand by ensuring messaging, visual identity, tone, and customer-facing materials are consistent and professional.
    • Work with sales, product management, and agency partners to develop clear value propositions and positioning that connect FyterTechโ€™s products and solutions to customer needs.
  3. Demand Generation, Digital Marketing & Revenue Alignment
    • Coordinate demand generation efforts across digital, email, social, website, content, paid, event, distributor, and customer engagement channels.
    • Work closely with sales leadership and outside agencies to align marketing campaigns with growth priorities, target accounts, vertical markets, channel strategies, and end-user expansion initiatives.
    • Use CRM, marketing automation, website analytics, and campaign performance data to monitor effectiveness and recommend practical improvements.
  1. Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Execution
    • Partner with product management, sales, innovation, operations, and agency partners to support go-to-market plans for new products, line extensions, strategic categories, and priority markets.
  2. Agency, Vendor & Project Management
    • Coordinate work with external agency partners, freelancers, vendors, and creative resources to ensure high-quality execution, brand alignment, and efficient use of budget.
    • Define project expectations, timelines, approvals, and deliverables so internal teams and outside partners remain aligned.
    • Manage day-to-day marketing project flow for creative development, campaign execution, content creation, digital engagement, trade show support, and marketing operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing, industrial products, distribution, safety, environmental, healthcare, or related markets.
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content development, sales enablement tools, digital marketing activity, and outside agency partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to support marketing strategies that drive brand consistency, lead generation, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, email marketing, social media, CRM, marketing automation, campaign analytics, and website performance.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations, channel partners, distributors, end-user strategies, product launches, and go-to-market execution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, CRM systems, CMS platforms, digital asset management tools, and marketing automation technology.

Working Relationship and Scope:

This position reports to the SVP of Global Sales and works closely with sales leadership, product management, operations, innovation, customer service, finance, external agency partners, vendors, and regional teams to accomplish established business goals. This role works with confidential business, customer, employee, and strategic information and is expected to represent FyterTech with professionalism, integrity, collaboration, responsiveness, and a strong sense of follow-through.
