Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of IT project management experience to lead the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives including AI implementations and software development efforts. This role requires a strong foundation in Agile project management, technical acumen, and the ability to adapt across diverse project types. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.



Key Responsibilities


Project Delivery & Planning

  • Define and maintain project plans including timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts, and status reports.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution, from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, quality, and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee project risks, dependencies, and change management to ensure successful outcomes.

Agile & Team Facilitation

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint goal clarity, and velocity tracking in collaboration with Product Managers and Delivery Leads.
  • Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum.
  • Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate technical discussions and decisions with engineering leads and architects.
  • Align delivery with both technical and business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support dependencies across teams and, where needed, contribute to Scrum of Scrums activities.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track progress using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira; ensure accurate documentation of sprint artifacts, burndown charts, and dashboards.
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to leadership, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Leverage automation to streamline reporting and workflows where possible.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead retrospectives to generate actionable improvements.
  • Promote Agile maturity through coaching and tailored growth plans for teams.
  • Continuously assess and refine processes for efficiency and effectiveness.



Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management experience in IT, with a track record of delivering technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches); Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Experience managing projects in cloud-native or engineering environments; exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and change management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to evolving requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
