  • Technology Implementation: Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions, ensuring scalability, compliance, and sustainability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business process owners to ensure automation initiatives meet functional needs and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish and maintain best practices for automation development, documentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of automation solutions by managing communication, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with automation technology providers (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and measure impact on cost savings, process efficiency, error reduction, and cycle time improvements.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Explore emerging automation trends such as intelligent document processing, generative AI, and hyper automation to expand capabilities.

You will love it here if…

  • You put safety first, always
  • You listen, learn, and evolve
  • You are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goals
  • You treat all people with respect, operating ethically, and embrace inclusivity
  • You are committed to improving our impact on local communities

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation leadership roles.
  • Proven success managing large-scale automation or RPA programs across multiple business units.
  • Up to 25% travel required
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, ABBYY Timeline) and workflow technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on measurable business impact.

Icing on the cake:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Understanding of AI/ML, OCR, and data analytics technologies is a plus.
