Pay Rate: $50 - $60 per hour
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can translate organizational priorities into measurable outcomes by developing program roadmaps, aligning business objectives, and ensuring successful execution across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, strategic planning, business transformation, portfolio management, and executive stakeholder engagement. Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, automation technologies, and data-driven decision-making to improve business outcomes is highly desirable.
This position requires a collaborative leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments, excels at influencing stakeholders, and can successfully manage multiple high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple enterprise-level programs from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive strategic planning initiatives while aligning programs with organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and automation, to identify opportunities that improve operational efficiency and program performance.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, milestones, governance structures, and implementation strategies.
  • Monitor program health through metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across business units to ensure successful program execution.
  • Manage program budgets, resource planning, timelines, dependencies, and change management activities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while proactively resolving issues impacting delivery.
  • Facilitate executive communications, status reporting, and governance meetings.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend strategic improvements to enhance efficiency and customer/member experience.
  • Develop business requirements, implementation plans, operational procedures, and program documentation.
  • Mentor project teams and provide leadership in program management best practices.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and organizational change management efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex business and operational challenges.

Required Skills/Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise programs involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in Program Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Strategic Planning.
  • Experience developing and managing OKRs, KPIs, strategic roadmaps, and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of strategic execution frameworks such as OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, Hoshin Planning, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience translating executive strategy into executable programs and measurable business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, automation technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in business process improvement, workflow optimization, and organizational transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Excellent risk management, change management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) or enterprise portfolio governance.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with regulatory or highly governed business environments.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven process improvements or business automation solutions
