Job description

At Amazon Key for Business (KfB), we are transforming how delivery drivers access residential and commercial properties - enabling seamless, secure package delivery at every customer's doorstep. Our team builds innovative IoT and AI-powered solutions that serve millions of customers worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our KfB Software team and drive the delivery of our most critical programs.
In this role, you will own program management for AI-powered full-stack application development and workflow automation - two of the team's highest-priority initiatives. - Drive automation programs leveraging AI tools to significantly reduce operational cycle times and manual effort
- Manage a high-velocity release cadence across the product portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards

- Drive technical trade-off discussions and help engineering teams make informed decisions that balance speed, quality, and customer impact
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks across complex, multi-team programs with competing priorities
