Job description

Dizario Search is partnered with an industry leading ($2B+) manufacturer, located in Lyon County, Nevada seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager. Our client is seeking someone with a strong background in automation engineering development, Capitol Projects, facilities engineering/maintenance, and machinery maintenance. They offer a competitive base salary, bonus, and relocation assistance for someone looking to move to the area.


Responsibilities:

  • Strong background in automation (PLC programming, HMI development, and a strong automation project management background.)
  • Manage preventative maintenance program and drive new effective preventative maintenance practices.
  • Equipment utilization management for both machinery and facilities equipment.
  • Manage all maintenance schedules per company specification.
  • Manage entire departmental budget for both maintenance and engineering groups.


Qualifications:

  • 5 (+) year's of experience in maintenance or engineering leadership within a true manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelors Degree in engineering or related field.
  • 2 (+) years managing departmental budgets.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is required for this role.
