Job description
Dizario Search has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the Marysville, OH area that is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their growing team!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to lead plant-level supply chain activities, drive production planning, optimize inventory, and support customer service goals in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production planning, scheduling, and inventory management activities
- Develop and maintain master production schedules based on demand, capacity, labor, and material availability
- Manage MRP requirements for raw materials, purchased parts, and packaging supplies
- Monitor production performance, inventory levels, and customer service metrics
- Partner with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and Distribution teams to resolve supply chain issues
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong ERP/MRP and production planning experience
- Proven experience managing inventory, raw materials, and WIP
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
