Role: Robotics Automation Engineer
Location: Peoria, IL
 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in automation, robotics, or mechanical design
  • Hands-on experience with FANUC, UR, and/or ABB robots
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, etc.)
  • Experience with robot simulation tools (e.g., Roboguide)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and automation processes
  • Knowledge of digital logic, validation, and change management
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

  • Configure robots and set up automation systems and parameters
  • Design automation solutions, fixtures, and end-of-arm tooling
  • Create 3D models and robotic simulations
  • Support process development, validation, and change control activities
