Job Title: Molding Automation Technician

Job Description:

Seeking a Molding Automation Technician with 4+ years of experience in injection molding automation. The ideal candidate will support, troubleshoot, and maintain automated molding systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with injection molding automation and robot programming (Fanuc, Sepro, Yushin, Wittmann)
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, industrial sensors, servo motors, VFDs, motion control, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
  • Experience troubleshooting robots, conveyors, vision systems, and automation equipment
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Knowledge of EOAT (End-of-Arm Tooling), preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Technical certification or Associate degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Automation preferred

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting new mold trials, automation optimization, and working in ISO/FDA/GMP regulated manufacturing environments.
