Job description

As an Automation Application Developer, you will lead Synch-Solutions into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. The success of Synch-Solutions is in your hands as you transform vital business needs into code and drive innovation with our clients. Your work will power Synch-Solutions and its clients to collaborate and integrate code into the client's enterprise systems. This role is 100% remote and due to the sensitivity of the public sector only USA citizens are eligible currently.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Automation Application Developer will create, operate, and maintain RPA bots. Also, should be able to evaluate, test and load data from external sources (e.g., csv, xls, pdf); continuous improvement of SQL scripts and processes; and creation of data models for new data sets.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of RPA software experience, specifically with UiPath and Automation Anywhere
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and delivering process improvement projects
  • At least 4 year of experience interfacing with c-level executives
  • At least 6 months of hands-on RPA development in Automation Anywhere 360 or AA2019
  • At least 2 years of experience with AI/automation, analytics, business, technology, or digital strategy projects
  • Certified Automation Advanced or Master RPA Professional
  • Familiarity with cognitive, automation, and related emerging technologies and techniques
  • Adept at process assessments, and understand applications of RPA in different business domains
