We are seeking an experienced Automation Integrator II to support and optimize automation, control systems, and digital technologies across our dynamic Permian Basin operations. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of energy development, integrating cutting-edge solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and operational reliability. If you're ready to leverage your technical expertise in a challenging field environment on a 14/14 rotational schedule, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
  • Associate degree or higher in Automation Technology, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent field experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years supporting industrial automation systems within oil and gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience programming, troubleshooting, and supporting PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, or similar).
  • Skilled in SCADA systems, HMI development, and industrial networking protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC, and DNP3.
  • Deep understanding of instrumentation, process controls, and automation architecture.
  • Ability to interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, P&IDs, and control narratives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Willingness to travel frequently across various field sites including well sites, compressor stations, and central facilities.
  • Ability to work safely around operating industrial equipment in outdoor environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical inspections as needed.
  • Availability to participate in a 14 on / 14 off rotational schedule.
