Job description

We are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Integration to lead the strategy, reliability, and modernization of our enterprise integration platforms. This role is critical to ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable data and application integration across cloud and on-premise ecosystems-enabling business agility, operational excellence, and long-term technology sustainability. 

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Services, the successful candidate will combine deep integration platform expertise, strong people leadership, and enterprise scale operational experience to drive modernization roadmaps, optimize platform performance, and reduce technical risk across the organization. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise platform and integration environments 

  • 5+ years in people leadership or management roles 

  • Strong experience with cloud, integration, and modernization initiatives 

  • Proven background in enterprise scale operations, including observability, incident response, and reliability engineering 

  • Experience managing onshore and offshore vendors and service providers 

  • Demonstrated change leadership and capability building experience 

  • Strong financial acumen, including management of service contracts and platform licensing 

  • Define and execute a multiyear enterprise integration strategy and modernization roadmap aligned with business and technology objectives 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team of integration and platform specialists, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence 

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure solution feasibility, architectural alignment, and delivery readiness
