How you create impact

Operational Management

  • Lead and optimize all client supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and highquality service delivery.
  • Oversee productivity, quality, and safety standards in alignment with company and customer requirements.
  • Ensure operational excellence through KPI achievement, target setting, and a strong culture of Safety and Quality.

Leadership

  • Provide strategic direction, development, and coaching to leadership teams.
  • Foster an innovative, inclusive, and performancedriven culture.
  • Hold leaders accountable for operational and financial results.

Financial Oversight

  • Manage full U.S. P&L, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Maximize client profitability across existing operations.

Strategic Growth

  • Drive organic account growth by identifying and implementing valueadd opportunities.
  • Support acquisition of new business and new logos.
  • Implement automation strategies for key clients and teams.
What we would like you to bring
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
  • 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations.
  • Demonstrated success with P&L ownership, budgeting, and financial performance management.
  • Strong track record of achieving and improving KPI performance, quality, and safety standards.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including senior-level leaders.
  • Background in client relationship management and supporting organic and new business growth.
  • Experience implementing automation, process improvement, and technology-driven operational enhancements.
