Job description

*This is a Hybrid position with the requirement of living in the Greater Memphis area/or within a 3 hour drive driving distance.
Enable scalable revenue execution through systems, process discipline, and operational excellence.
At Green Mountain Technology, we help large, complex shippers reduce costs, improve customer delivery experiences, and create sustainable competitive advantages through technology, analytics, and logistics expertise. We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support disciplined, scalable revenue execution by administering revenue systems, maintaining CRM and CPQ operations, coordinating proposal, quote, and SOW processes, supporting pipeline governance, and reducing administrative burden for revenue leadership through process excellence and operational support.
This role serves as a primary operational support resource for revenue operations, helping ensure CRM, reporting, quoting, documentation, and sales support processes are accurate, consistent, and aligned to business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong CRM experience, operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, and other internal teams to support reliable revenue execution.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the day-to-day operational owner of CRM, ensuring the platform supports sales, reporting, quoting, and revenue processes effectively.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM objects, workflows, automation, integrations, validation rules, and reporting processes to support consistent sales execution.
  • Provide first-line CRM and CPQ user support, triage system issues, coordinate resolution with Technology partners and vendors, and support user acceptance testing for system changes and releases.
  • Support CPQ and quote-to-cash workflows to help ensure accurate, timely, and compliant quoting and approval processes.
  • Maintain CRM data governance activities, including data integrity, validation rules, reporting definitions, filters, dashboard maintenance, recurring scorecards, and operational data extracts.
  • Conduct routine pipeline audits to identify stale opportunities, close-date inaccuracies, missing required fields, and stage compliance issues.
  • Prepare forecast support materials, pipeline summaries, and reporting packages for leadership reviews while supporting pipeline hygiene and forecasting readiness.
  • Coordinate proposal assembly, quote creation, SOW templates, approval workflows, and customer-facing commercial documentation in partnership with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Sales.
  • Assist with pre-call preparation, internal handoffs, proposals, presentations, sales support materials, action item tracking, and follow-up coordination to help advance opportunities.
  • Maintain sales support templates, standard content, SOPs, CRM documentation, field definitions, user guides, job aids, and knowledge resources to support consistency and reduce rework.
  • Support onboarding, training, refresher sessions, and CRM adoption by providing clear documentation, usage guidelines, and process support for users across the revenue organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM functionality, automate manual or error-prone processes, increase sales productivity, and improve forecasting accuracy and reporting capabilities.
  • Maintain CRM controls and configurations that help reduce operational, financial, reporting, customer experience, and revenue execution risks.

What You'll Bring
  • BA/BS degree preferred or in progress from an accredited college or university, with consideration for relevant industry experience.
  • Experience using a CRM is required.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, validation rules, workflows, and Flow automation preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales process design, pipeline management, CRM administration, data governance, and operational reporting.
  • Experience supporting CPQ, quote-to-cash, pricing administration, commercial operations, or related workflows preferred.
  • Experience documenting SOPs, business processes, CRM standards, field definitions, workflows, and usage guidelines.
  • Experience coordinating vendor support cases, enhancement requests, support tickets, system defects, and follow-up activities preferred.
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the supply chain or logistics industry is desired.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, professionalism, problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
