The Software Engineering & Business Systems Intern will support Gulf Management's technology, process improvement, and business systems initiatives. This position provides hands-on experience working with software applications, business processes, data analysis, automation tools, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in software development, business analysis, technology innovation, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of business applications and internal systems.
  • Support the creation and enhancement of web-based tools, databases, and automated processes.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
  • Help document system functionality, processes, and technical requirements.
  • Learn and apply software development and technology best practices.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Participate in process mapping and workflow analysis initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process automation.
