Job description

Experience:

Primary expertise: Strong experience in Fiber Optic network design, especially using AutoCAD (this is the core requirement).

* SCADA exposure: Good understanding of SCADA system design concepts and integration aspects (design-level, not pure SCADA engineering/development).
* AutoCAD skills: Intermediate proficiency is sufficient — candidate should be able to make basic design changes and effectively guide/coordinate with AutoCAD drafters.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

         Essential proficiency in AutoCAD for creating 2D engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics. Ability to guide drafters and review .dwg files for technical accuracy.

         SCADA & Automation: In-depth knowledge of SCADA architectures, RTUs, PLCs, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850).

         Strong background in IP Networking, VLANs, and cyber security principles relevant to industrial control systems (ICS).

         Expert-level knowledge of Fiber Optic cable plant design (OSP/ISP).
