Syntricate Technologies is seeking an Automation Engineer to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves developing and executing automated tests, documenting test plans, and ensuring the quality of software products through various testing methodologies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Selenium, TestNG with Java
• Load and Performance Testing
• Manual Testing
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5 to 8 years of work experience in a customer facing team environment.
• 5 to 8 years of experience documenting test plans expected test results, actual test results, identified issues, and steps to replicate accessibility findings.
• 4 years of test automation experience using Selenium, TestNG with Java, SQL, API Testing, Load and Performance Testing
• 3 years of experience in creating automation framework such as Page object model or Page factory model.
• 2 years of experience working in CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
• Strong organizational ability and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate others with high influencing skills.
