Job description

HVAC Controls Technician position in Orange County, CA This is a permanent, full time position with a great salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair equipment/systems/code issues. Understand building layouts, gathering materials, forecasting issues, and operating on-site work Complete commissioning, start up, downloading programming, installation, maintenance, repairs, and testing of systems.

Coordinates with team, and build/maintain strong relationship with existing and new potential customers Troubleshoot and repair local controllers, communication wiring, and programs. Train and mentor: apprentices and more junior technicians to grow within the company. Ability to travel around town and physical move, frequently: walk, stand, and lifting or moving 50lbs.

Ensure you are exceeding all CAL-OSHA safety requirements. Requirements: 2 years' experience in building controls and automation, including installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of emergency management systems. Proficient in HVAC Software/Programming and Building Automation Control Systems.
