Job Description Automation Developer Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid) | Full-Time We're looking for a hands-on Intelligent Automation Developer to help build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise automation solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, and AI agents to solve complex business problems and automate enterprise workflows. You'll design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that leverage Agentic AI, enterprise integrations, APIs, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows to improve decision-making and streamline business operations.

What You'll Be Doing Design and develop AI-enabled automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry Build AI agents and multi-step agentic workflows for enterprise business processes Integrate AI solutions with APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and Microsoft technologies Design Human-in-the-Loop workflows and intelligent decision-support solutions Participate in solution design, requirements gathering, and technical discussions Own solutions from design and development through deployment and production support Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade automation What We're Looking For 5+ years of software development or enterprise automation experience Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled automation solutions Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, Human-in-the-Loop workflows, and AI orchestration Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders If you're passionate about building real-world AI automation solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem, I'd love to hear from you, apply today.
