Job description

We're currently hiring a Warehouse Team Member in Fairfield, NJ, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to be part of a strong, team-oriented environment.
Please note: This role is physically demanding and involves frequent heavy lifting in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. We want you to succeed here, so we encourage you to apply only if you're comfortable working in these conditions.

In this position you will:
  • Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand

  • Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service

  • Provide deliveries in a 26' box truck as needed

  • Assist with inventory and damage control

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license, with at least one year of driving experience

  • Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement

  • Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards

  • Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines

  • Demonstrated history of steady employment

The Details:
This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 7a-3:30p with the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $25-30/hour based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications. Additional compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off (13 days in your first year that you start earning immediately), Paid Holidays from day one, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k plan (with an automatic 3% company contribution, regardless of if you contribute!).
