Key Accountabilities
•    Analyse system requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
•    Participate in test planning, design, and review sessions.
•    Assist in the preparation and management of test environments and test data.
•    Executing both manual and automated testing.
•    Identify, document, and monitor software defects through resolution. Work closely with the Application Delivery team to effectively communicate defects and validate corrections.
•    Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that established compliance, control, and service quality standards are achieved.
•    Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, scripts, and summary reports.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes and methodologies.
•    Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and regulatory compliance during all testing activities.
Qualifications and Experience
•    Proven experience in software testing, including both manual and automated approaches. Experience with test planning, design, execution, and reporting is essential.
•    Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar), and an understanding of test automation concepts. Ability to work with multiple test environments, manage testing data, and perform troubleshooting.
