Detailed Job Description:
• We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading QA activities, coordinating with business stakeholders, and driving an offshore testing team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across projects.
2. Perform hands-on manual and automation testing as required.
3. Coordinate with Product Owners (PO), Business Analysts (BA) and stakeholders to understand requirements and test expectations.
4. Drive and mentor the offshore QA team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
5. Develop and maintain automation scripts as per client requirements.
6. Work with GitHub for source control and configure GitHub Actions for automation execution.
7. Review test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and execution results.
8. Identify risks, issues, and gaps early and proactively suggest solutions.
9. Ensure QA best practices, standards and processes are followed.
