We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester to lead quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle. The role will focus on test planning, automation, functional and integration testing, data quality, Salesforce testing, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Technical/Functional Skills

  • Strong experience in software quality assurance and testing.

  • Hands-on experience with automation testing and automated test frameworks.

  • Experience with functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and UAT testing.

  • Strong data quality assurance and backend validation skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce testing.

  • Ability to ensure adherence to Agile processes and QA best practices while adapting to team needs.

  • Experience validating APIs, databases, integrations, and backend processes.

  • Strong defect management and root-cause analysis skills.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks.

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
