Ton rôle au quotidien Développer la programmation, les graphiques et les séquences d'opérations pour les systèmes DDC; Adapter les programmes (software) conformément à la séquence d’opération (SOP) et conformément aux standards de l'entreprise, aux schémas AutoCAD, aux plans électriques, aux circuits de puissance et au circuit de tuyauterie/HVAC présent dans l'unité ; Comprendre les dessin AutoCAD, Visio ou dessin schématique et par conséquent, de bien comprendre les pictogrammes reliés à l’industrie et précisément, aux systèmes HVAC tels que produits par l’entreprise; Maintenir une documentation de projet précise et complète à la hauteur des standards de l'entreprise; Participer à l'inspection finale et aux tests, assure l'acceptation du client en collaboration avec les techniciens de banc d’essai de l’usine pour le déploiement du programme dans le contrôleur DDC; Enregistrer et communiquer les écarts à l'équipe d'ingénierie; Participer à la résolution de problèmes reliée à la programmation DDC et au bon fonctionnement de l'unité avant que les systèmes quittent l’usine et en support une fois l'unité installée chez le client; Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe avec vos fonctions. Ce qu'il te faut pour réussir Détenir une formation collégiale ou d’une école technique spécialisée ayant obtenu un diplôme en instrumentation et contrôles, mécanique du bâtiment ou technique de système ordiné; Posséder un minimum de 1 année d’expérience dans le domaine des contrôles reliés aux systèmes de réfrigération et\ou systèmes d’air climatisé commerciales. Expérience de la programmation de PLC/DCS à l'aide de blocs fonctionnels, de logique à relais, de SFC, Structure Texte (ST), etc.; Expérience avec la programmation sur OEM Control (Automated Logic), Carel, Loytec, Delta, Schneider, Allen Bradley ou KMC; Expérience avec les protocoles de communication BACnet et ModBUS; Expérience avec les logiciels de dessin Autocad, visio et Solidwork; Habilité à travailler avec des boucles de contrôle proportionnel et intégral (PID), séquences d’opérations typiques de centrales d’air, plans et diagrammes, bill de matériels (BOM).
