Job description

Location: Preferred Florida-based candidate (Hybrid/Remote with occasional travel)

We are currently seeking an experienced Autodesk Construction Technical Specialist to support our growing construction technology and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) initiatives.

Position Overview

The Autodesk Construction Technical Specialist will play a key role in supporting sales, implementation, onboarding, training, and customer success efforts related to Autodesk Construction Cloud and related Autodesk construction solutions.

This individual will work closely with the sales, technical, and customer success teams to help customers successfully evaluate, deploy, and adopt Autodesk construction technologies across the project lifecycle.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with both strong technical knowledge and excellent communication/presentation skills who enjoys working directly with construction and AECOO clients.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Business Development Support

  • Deliver live product demonstrations and technical presentations for Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions, including:
    • Autodesk Build
    • Autodesk Docs
    • Autodesk BIM Collaborate / BIM Collaborate Pro
    • Autodesk Takeoff
    • Autodesk Coordination
    • Autodesk Forma and related workflows
  • Support discovery calls and help identify customer workflows, pain points, and technical requirements
  • Assist the sales team with technical positioning, solution recommendations, and proof-of-concept workflows
  • Participate in webinars, lunch-and-learns, trade shows, and industry events
  • Help create demo environments, sample projects, and technical presentation materials

Implementations & Customer Onboarding

  • Lead and support Autodesk Construction Cloud implementations and onboarding engagements
  • Configure ACC projects, permissions, templates, workflows, issue management, forms, and standards
  • Assist customers with best practices, adoption strategies, and process alignment
  • Support BIM/VDC and construction workflow integration initiatives
  • Collaborate with customers to develop implementation plans and rollout strategies

Post-Sales Support & Customer Success

  • Provide ongoing technical support and customer guidance
  • Deliver end-user and administrator training sessions
  • Assist with troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and user adoption
  • Help identify expansion opportunities and additional customer needs
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Help develop technical content, tutorials, blogs, webinars, and educational resources
  • Stay current on Autodesk product updates, construction technology trends, and industry best practices

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud products and workflows
  • Strong understanding of construction project workflows and AECOO industry processes
  • Experience delivering software demos, presentations, or technical training
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented

Preferred

  • Florida-based candidate preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Experience with Autodesk Build, BIM Collaborate Pro, Docs, Takeoff, or related Autodesk solutions
  • Experience with BIM/VDC workflows
  • Autodesk Certified Professional or ACC certifications
  • Experience working for an Autodesk reseller, consultant, contractor, or AECOO firm
  • Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or related Autodesk products
