Overview

The Project Administrator – Permit Team is a full-time, on-site position responsible for coordinating and maintaining project permits, Pre-Task Plans (PTPs), and related project documentation to support Liesfeld Contractor’s field and project operations. This role tracks permit submissions, approvals, revisions, conditions, and expiration dates while ensuring required documentation is complete, accurate, organized, and readily available to project teams. Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, superintendents, foremen, and field personnel, the Project Administrator serves as a central point of coordination for permit and PTP documentation and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk, Smartsheet, and PDF editing software, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. This position requires someone who is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with both office and field teams to keep documentation current, requirements on track, and projects moving forward.
