Join Teledyne Storm Microwave and design cutting-edge RF solutions! We're a leading manufacturer of high-performance microwave cable assemblies, and we're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Woodridge, IL. If you're passionate about precision engineering and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.
What you'll do
  • Perform engineering activities related to the development and manufacture of 50-ohm microwave cable assemblies
  • Create and review technical drawings, including customer-provided specifications and documentation.
  • Generate drawing packages, Bills of Materials, and manufacturing routings.
  • Develop clear and detailed assembly instructions, as well as design assembly and test fixtures.
  • Execute experiments and utilize data to drive decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external parties.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support business needs.

What you need
  • Mechanical Engineering degree from 4-year program (required)
  • 0-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
  • Experience with creating 3D Models of components and assemblies in Autodesk Inventor (plus)
