The Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer who brings technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for precision manufacturing. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization where innovation, efficiency, and quality are key drivers of success.
The CNC Programmer will play a critical role in developing and optimizing programs, supporting design initiatives, and ensuring high-quality production standards. In addition, this individual will collaborate closely with the CNC and CAD teams to enhance workflows, improve processes, and support the overall success of operations.
The Job:
  • Program and manage CNC machines
  • Design, develop, and produce various custom items
  • Perform maintenance and preventive care on CNC machine
  • Work with other departments to ensure the consistency and accuracy
  • Produce accurate designs using Autocad and Router-CIM
  • Work as a part of a team to ensure all designs meet stands and are in compliance
  • Optimize cost, quality, manufacturability, delivery, and functions of designs.
  • Provide design ideas and solutions
  • Troubleshoot and determine alternative build methods to save cost and time
