Job description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Drafter with 1-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The core responsibility of this role revolves around transforming HVAC system design concepts into meticulously detailed layouts, guided by information provided by Engineers and other stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating clear, accurate, and comprehensive detail drawings essential for engineering and manufacturing purposes. As a Mechanical Design Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in generating equipment and bill of material lists, incorporating precise weights and specifications.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed and precise drawings, meticulously refining rough drafts, detailed sketches, and notes to meet engineering and manufacturing requirements.
  • Create comprehensive equipment and bill of material lists, ensuring accurate representation of weights and specifications.
  • Incorporate all essential views and dimensions crucial for seamless manufacturing processes.
  • Actively participate in team collaboration, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently with some oversite, proficiently utilizing Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.


Required Education and Work Experience:
