Vaughn Industries, LLC is looking for an innovative and motivated VDC Inventor Detailer to join our growing Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a VDC Inventor Detailer, you'll help transform engineering concepts into accurate, detailed 3D models and construction drawings that support fabrication and field installation.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Model parts and equipment for substations, transmission, and renewable energy projects.
  • Collaborate with the Utility VDC Coordination Team to create and coordinate 3D models.
  • Prepare fabrication and installation drawings for construction and prefabrication.
  • Generate detailed installation drawings for field and prefabrication personnel.
  • Assist with identifying and resolving design and constructability challenges.
  • Develop your technical and VDC skills with the goal of advancing into a VDC Utility Coordinator role.
