AutoCAD Design/Drafter
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2023 or higher.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD for engineering design.
  • Proven work experience in preparing computer-aided design of drawings and other graphic material for Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural or Architectural designers using AutoCAD, Map 3D, Civil 3D and/or Revit.
  • Indexing, reproducing, managing, and maintaining engineering documents stored in database or in hard copy form.
  • Apply mathematical and other engineering computations as required in the course of performing work.
  • Drafting experience including techniques, standards, nomenclature and symbols relevant to each specialty area/ discipline and used in the preparation of engineering drawings and other graphic material.
  • Able to work in a group setting
  • Adapt to working in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Prior consulting or utility experience is a plus
  • GIS mapping skill is desirable.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in AutoCAD drafting
