Yow will work closely with the Store manager to learn Assistant manager responsibilities. This position was created to coach and train to the next level up. Looking for experience in automotive and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all activities using a customer focused perspective, always providing efficient and accurate expertise.
  • Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls, in person communication, and more!

Job Requirements:

  • Previous 3 years experience in automotive field.
  • Customer focused with strong communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of Age
  • Valid Driver’s License
    • No major violations
    • No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
    • No more than one at-fault accident
  • Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test.
  • Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
