Job Duties:

  • Marketing: plan marketing events and strategic growth projects
  • Client Account Management: assist clients and potential clients on the phone and other platforms
  • Quoting: You'll learn to be the architect and design the best insurance quotes for clients with excellent coverages and amazing prices.
  • Learn to collaborate with management and underwriting on Home, Auto, Business insurance.
  • Partnership Management: Maintain and develop agency relations with partners, vendors , underwriting and clients
  • Working directly with the agency owner to enhance your marketing, client management and relationship skills for agency and individual growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum typing speed: 50 WPM
  • Computer-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong communication skills in-person and online
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong attention to detail
  • Experienced phone etiquette in Chinese Mandarin or Spanish
