About:

Founded in 2002 by a group of four successful collision repair owners, CSN Collision was established to assist independent collision repair facilities to improve their operations through performance assessments, ongoing training, and marketing initiatives. Today, CSN Collision is one of Canada’s most advanced networks of independently owned and operated collision repair facilities. Our independence is our strength in that our licensees have a vested interest in the company and their communities.

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Body Shop Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the smooth running of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales to meet targets.

  • Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and ensure customers receive accurate estimates for repair work.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure materials are always available for timely repairs.
  • Hire, train, and supervise auto body technicians and support staff, fostering a team environment that encourages skill development and high performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parts vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Bodyshop Connect an asset
  • 5+ years of proven experience in store management or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
