What We Seek:

• Prior Experience as a Service Writer/Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or Service Manager in a professional repair shop setting (Franchise or Independent dealership, or secondary/aftermarket shop) PREFERRED

• Basic to Advanced Automotive Maintenance and Repair Knowledge

• Any European Automotive Brand Product Knowledge Experience is a PLUS

• Strong Sales Skills

• Strong Customer-Facing, Customer Service Skills

• Friendly, Professional Demeanor and Appearance

• Must be Punctual, Reliable, and Motivated

• Must be Organized with the ability to Multi-Task, answer phones, speak with customers in person and on the phone, answer their questions, provide information on their repairs, keep them informed on vehicle’s repair progress
