As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll help create an exceptional service experience by:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Communicating repair/maintenance recommendations and estimates
• Coordinating with technicians and parts suppliers
• Scheduling appointments and managing workflow
• Following up with customers throughout the repair process
• Helping grow customer-pay business while supporting internal reconditioning operations
