What You'll Do
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized vehicle recommendations.

  • Guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing journey, from initial consultation and vehicle demonstration to delivery.

  • Demonstrate new Nissan models and explain their features, technology, safety systems, and ownership benefits.

  • Maintain expert knowledge of Nissan products, promotions, financing options, and competitive vehicles.

  • Consistently follow up with prospects using dealership CRM tools to generate repeat and referral business.

  • Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the dealership management system.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and performance goals.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required.
