Autobahn Collision in Chandler is searching for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our award-winning Team! As an Auto Body Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality work and exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Perform wet sanding, buffing, and polishing.
- Fill small dents or scratches with body fillers and smooth surfaces to prepare vehicle for painting.
- Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Performs quality prep work, (using abrasives, solvents, brushes, washing tanks,
- Tape and masking paper
- Disassemble, clean and reassemble sprayers and power equipment
- Utilize power tools and equipment effectively to complete repairs and restorations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols
- Participate in all required training and safety meetings
Qualifications:
Proven experience in auto-body repair, preferably within a dealership or automotive shop environment.
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and auto restoration techniques.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
