ย ย What You'll Do

As a Body Shop Manager, youโ€™ll oversee all aspects of our collision center operations, including:

  • Guest Experience:
    • Ensure all guests receive timely, professional, and personalized service throughout the repair process.
    • Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and inspire a team of 20+ employees, including technicians, estimators, and support staff.
    • Oversee recruiting, training, and ongoing professional development.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee a high-volume collision repair shop handling 50+ cars weekly and generating $600,000+ in monthly sales.
    • Manage workflows to maximize productivity and quality, ensuring timely repairs.
    • Maintain compliance with safety standards, insurance protocols, and OEM guidelines.
  • Claims and Estimation Management:
    • Utilize CCC One to oversee the insurance claims process, ensuring seamless communication with insurance partners.
    • Work directly with State Farm, Progressive SWE, and GEICO ARX programs as applicable.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry and OEM standards for quality and safety.
    • Oversee OE Certification program management, especially for highline imports.
  • Vendor and Partner Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, parts vendors, and OEM partners.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmย 
Earning potential of $90,000-120,000+/year! Pay consists of a base salary plus monthly performance bonus - base salary based on experience and performance history.

ย ย What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume collision repair shop (50+ cars weekly, $600,000+ monthly sales, managing 20+ direct reports).
    • Minimum of 6 months as an estimator or insurance adjuster with a solid understanding of the Insurance Claims Management process in CCC.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, repair techniques, and paint finishes.
    • Highline import experience and familiarity with OE Certification programs are a plus.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Exceptional guest service and relationship-building skills.
    • Active listening and strong communication abilities.
    • Upbeat, positive personality with a focus on team collaboration.
  • Requirements:
    • Valid driverโ€™s license with a reputable driving record.
