Why You'll Love Working at a Hendrick Collision Center Industry-Leading Benefits: 100% Company-Paid Health Insurance Premiums! 401(k) with 100% company match Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays Available Vision/Dental coverage Competitive Flat Rate Pay Career Growth & Training: Paid I-CAR & OEM Training Continuous training keeps you at the cutting edge Career Growth potential within Hendrick Automotive Group Premium Work Environment: Cutting-edge equipment Quality focused repair processes Consistent workflow & wide variety of repair work Mix of luxury, domestic & import vehicles Team-oriented culture where technicians are valued and respected What You'll Do: As a refinish technician in our high-volume facility, you'll complete quality paint work across diverse vehicles: Prepare and mask vehicles for refinish (or supervise prepper) Mix paint to achieve color matches to OEM standard Apply all paint finishes to factory standards Perform spot repairs, panel blends, and full resprays Operate paint booth equipment and maintain proper cure times Conduct quality checks and ensure zero defects before delivery Maintain clean, organized booth and equipment Follow all safety regulations and protocols You're an Experienced or Master-Level Painter who: Has 3-5+ years of professional automotive refinish experience Can produce high-quality, factory-finish results consistently Has experience with Axalta paint systems, specifically Spies Hecker Is comfortable in a high-volume production environment (efficiency + quality) Takes pride in quality color matches and flawless finish work Values continuous learning and staying current with Collision Technology Required: Valid Driver's License 3+ years professional automotive painting/refinish experience Proven ability to achieve factory-quality finishes Experience mixing and matching paint colors Understanding of proper surface preparation and application techniques Preferred: I-CAR Refinish certifications (ProLevel 1, 2, 3) Prior experience spraying, paint matching and utilizing Axalta-Spies Hecker OEM paint training/certifications ( Tesla, BMW, GM , etc.) Our Core Values: We're looking for technicians who embody: Servant Leadership, Teamwork through Trust & Respect, Integrity, Commitment to Customer Enthusiasm, Passion for Winning, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
