Job description

Automotive Dismantler / Technician

Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Friday | 7:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM

Do you like working with your hands and tearing things apart? Join our family-owned auto recycling team where hard work pays off.

Weโ€™re looking for motivated people who arenโ€™t afraid of tools, grease, and getting the job done. Your main role will be taking vehicles apart and pulling quality used parts that go back on the road. Every day is different, and the harder you work, the more you can earn.

We provide on-the-job training, but mechanical ability and a strong work ethic go a long way here.

ย What You'll Do
  • Dismantle vehicles and remove usable parts for resale

  • Pull major components like engines, transmissions, and rear axles

  • Remove body parts such as hoods, doors, fenders, headlights, and mirrors

  • Inspect parts to make sure they meet quality standards

  • Keep your work area organized and safe

  • Work both inside the shop and outside in the yard

  • Hit daily production goals and keep parts moving

ย What We're Looking For
  • Mechanical aptitude or automotive experience

  • Comfortable working with tools and equipment

  • Ability to work independently and stay productive

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Willingness to learn and improve

  • Must provide basic tools required for the job

ย Pay

We start new hires on a training wage for up to 60 days while they learn the job.

After training, employees moves to our production commission plan designed to reward hard work and productivity.
$20.00 - $30.00 / Hour earning potential based on performance.
